2020 Spring Dinner Auction
Our annual Dinner Auction is ONLINE on August 1st! This is our biggest school fundraiser of the year, and our Dinner Auction Committee works year round to make it a spectacular occasion for Bishop Hogan families and friends.
We will be using Greater Giving, a software company that was recommended by several Catholic Schools that use them for their online auctions. We will have all of our auction items listed online so people can competitively bid on them, starting approximately July 25th and ending at 8:00 pm on August 1. We are setting up the program now and soon will announce the details to you and on Facebook. When we do, it is imperative that you share the site with as many people as you can. Our success will depend on getting the word out and encouraging the public, and your family and friends to check out the opportunities they will find with Bishop Hogan's online auction. This fundraiser is essential to our school, so thank you in advance for taking time to spread the word, and for participating!
Even though the event is online, we will still need parent volunteers to help with various roles, so please watch your email for a sign-up sheet. As always, we appreciate everything you do!
For senior citizens wishing to have someone help them register into the auction site or just enter a maximum bid for items for them, we will have a special preview night for them on-site on Friday, July 31 from 5:00-7:00 pm.
