Martin Luther King Program On Tuesday, January 17, 2012, the Bishop Hogan Memorial School 7th and 8th grade students put on a play to teach the other students about the life of Martin Luther King, Jr. A day of remembering the dream of Martin Luther King, Jr., a day of pledging ourselves to loving, not hating; showing understanding, not anger; making peace, not conflict. That is what the 7th and 8th grade class presented in their play, "The Story of a Dream" about Martin Luther King, Jr.'s life. Father Angelo opened the celebration with a prayer. Mrs. Garr lead the school in songs, and Annabelle Baker read a poem from the book Honey I Love.
