Serving our Community
Learn, Serve, Lead, Succeed! This highlights the ministry of our Catholic School: developing the whole child and helping them succeed with qualities that will serve them well throughout their lives. The three components of faith, academics, and service are constantly and inseparably linked together.
A central part of Catholic education is learning the importance of service to others. When students take part in service activities, they demonstrate the values and faith they gain through their Catholic education and learn how to make the world a better place. Throughout the year, our students participate in service projects such as collecting food and toys for the needy, hosting a Veteran’s Day luncheon, donating money for Pennies for Patients, hosting a community Blood Drive, serving lunch at the House of Prayer, assisting with the Community Food Pantry, visiting nursing homes, picking up trash around the neighborhood, and making cards for the sick and shut-ins.
